Ingredients

1 cup of fresh berry mix (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
1 large ripe banana
½ cup of fresh orange juice
2 teaspoons of honey
1 cup of ice

3 kiwis sliced
2 medium sized peeled and frozen bananas
1 cup blueberries

3 tablespoons of Honey
