2 1/4 Cups of Water
3 Cups of Kale
3 Green Apples Sliced
3/4 Cup Parsley
1 1/2 Cucumbers Sliced
3 Celery Stalks Chopped
1 1/2 Pieces of Peeled Ginger
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
If you would like to serve with pulp you are all set, pour the mix into a cup and enjoy!
