Oster Recipe : Banana Protein Shake

Protein shakes are the perfect morning snack. Especially if you hit the snooze one to many times! Protein shakes can be used as a meal (breakfast) replacement!

If you want to do a little bit of prep to make this meal that much better I suggest you keep frozen bananas & vanilla yogurt on deck for a nice creamy shake. Cook Time : 5 min.

What will you need?

  • 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 cup plain full fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ice as needed


1. Add all ingredients into your blender.

2. Blend for 30s or until smooth

3. Enjoy!
