Orange Juice Creamsicle Smoothie


Ingredients

(serves 1)


1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

1/2 cup of milk or coconut milk

1/2 cup of greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream

1 tsp of vanilla

1 frozen banana


Directions


Combine all ingredients in your tall Bella Rocket Blender cup and blend for 45 seconds.


Drink & Enjoy!



Yellow Curry


Ingredients

(serves 1)


1 tbsp melted coconut oil

2 boiler onions

1/4 inch fresh ginger

1/2 garlic clove

2 1/2 tbsp of curry powder

3/4 cup coconut milk

2 tbsp. water

1/4 lemon juice

2 potatoes

1 peeled carrot

4oz chicken

1 cup white rice


Directions


First you must combine coconut oil, onions, ginger, garlic, curry powder, coconut milk, water, and lemon juice into the tall blending cup. Blend for 15 seconds and pour into a pan over medium heat. Once this begins to boil you can add in the potatoes and carrots. Reduce the heat and allow cook time to last about 20 minutes. Add the chicken in for 10 additional minutes and serve once chicken is tender over a bed of white rice.

Strawberry Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients


12 oz of chocolate chips

1/3 cup of white sugar

3 eggs

1 cup of hot & heavy cream

1 tb. vanilla

1/2 cup of sliced strawberries

1/4 cup of chopped almonds


Directions


Using the tall blending cup combine the chocolate chips, sugar, eggs, hot milk, & vanilla. Pour this mixture into individual cups and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.


While you wait you can prep your strawberries and almonds and put aside. After slicing the strawberries and placing aside fill your short blending cup with almonds. Screw on your flat grinding blade and grind almonds to desired size. Unscrew your blade, and screw on your storage cap.


Remove cups from the fridge and top each one with desired strawberries, almonds, and maybe whipped cream!
