5 Minute Homemade Salsa

Combine the following ingredients into your food processor, pitcher, or bowl attachment.

  • Can of fire roasted tomatoes

  • Jalapeño

  • Red onion

  • Garlic

  • Cilantro

  • Lime juice

  • Cumin

  • Paprika (optional for extra flavor)

Combine the following ingredients into your pitcher or bowl!

  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes

  • 1/2 medium onion quartered

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños (or 2 fresh, seeds removed) chop a bit

  • Handful cilantro use those stems too!

  • 1/2 lime juiced

Home Made Salsa

  • 8 Cups Diced fresh tomatoes (Skinned) takes about 16 regular size tomatoes

  • 2 1/2 Cups Chopped Onion 2-3 large onions

  • 1 1/2 C. Diced Green peppers 2-3 peppers

  • 6 Cloves garlic Chopped fine w/food Processor

  • 1/2 C. Chopped Cilantro

  • 3/4- 1 C. Jalepenos Chopped fine w/food Processor ( I use roughly 6 medium jalapenos)

  • 2 tsp. Cumin

  • 2 tsp. Salt

  • 2 tsp. Pepper

  • 3 T. Sugar

  • 1/3 C. Vinegar

  • 1 15 oz. Can Tomato Sauce

  • 1 12 oz. Can Tomato Paste

  • 14 Pounds Ripe Roma tomatoes

  • 6 Pounds Fresh and ripe peaches

  • 5-7 jalapeno peppers More or less, depending on how much heat you like.

  • 7-9 Large green bell peppers

  • 4 Large onions

  • 3 tsp Minced garlic cloves About 6 cloves

  • 6 oz. Tomato paste

  • 3/4 C White vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp Coarse salt

Dad's Home Made Salsa

  • Tomatoes –  Enough to make 2 quarts after chopping/blending

  • Onions – I used 5 medium sized. That equaled about 1/3 the volume of Tomatoes

  • Peppers – Hot or Sweet (or both). I used 2 large Jalapenos

  • Garlic – 5 cloves (give or take for your taste)

  • Cilantro – a good handful (optional… left out of the video demo)

  • Lime Juice – 1/2 cup

  • Chili Powder – 1 Tbsp

  • Cumin – 1 Tbsp

  • Salt (I prefer Himalayan Pink Salt) – 1 heaping Tsp
