Summer has finally arrived!


Here are some great smoothies to help keep you cool & feeling good this summer.


Mango & Pineapple Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 mins

Ingredients:


1 cup fresh or frozen chopped pineapple

1 cup fresh or frozen chopped mango

1 cup 100% orange juice


Peel & chop fruit into bite size pieces, throw into Ninja, add in juice & blend till smooth.


Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

Prep Time: 5-10 mins

Ingredients:


1 cup fresh chopped strawberries (about 8 strawberries)

1/2 peeled and sliced banana (fresh or frozen)

1 cup milk (either almond, coconut work great)

1/2 cup almond or coconut yogurt (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract or agave nectar

6 cubes crushed ice (optional)


Slice & peel fruit as needed, throw into Ninja, pour in milk, then blend. Add it yogurt, vanilla extract or agave nectar & ice. Blend till smooth and creamy.


Totally Green Smoothie

Prep Time: 5-10 mins

Ingredients:


1 cup milk of choice (coconut or almond)

½ cup of spinach & ½ cup of kale (fresh or frozen)

1 cup green apple (cored, peeled and chopped)

1/2 cup chopped pineapple (fresh or frozen)


Prepare fruit & veggies, add to Ninja, pour in milk of choice & blend till smooth.
